Hmm.. you just have to get in and tell them the place. Dont negotiate. If they want a flat fee, just open the door and walk out.. take another. I take the taxi everyday and I dont have a problem. <br /><br />And yes, lack of trees, cleanliness, poor urban planning.. sigh.. I am very ashamed of such thing. <br /><br />Anyway, next round.
