Welcome To TerriFic Cooks where you learn to bake TerriFic Cakes, cakes made from scratch with the finest ingredients available. TerriFic Cakes are wholesome, delicious, quality cakes as opposed to commercial cakes made with cheap ingredients, additives, artificial flavourings and coloring. You learn to bake and cook in a comfortable home setting without fear of crowding and asking. Classes are small, fun, personal and as much as possible, students are expected to get their hands dirty. Recipes are true and tried, some new, some collected and tweaked over the years, and I'm almost reluctant to share because these are some of my best recipes.

Update: Based on the full class (we had fun!) we had last week, there were too many recipes to cover and the lesson was too long, so recipes & fees have been reduced 23/9/12.
