We are so lucky to get regular supply of fish from this guy who goes out to sea every 2 to 3 weeks. His fish are so fresh the eyes are clear like glass, the gills bloody red and the body still covered with that slimy whatever, which indicate that it has not been soaked in water and ice. Made teriyaki steaks and hinava with that fish; don't think it can be made into springy fishballs. like i said, just come over lah! Is Don in NZ?
